Try not to sound too excited about it. It'll be fun, Cletus and Charlie and Diesel can party.

"HA! At least we're not as bad as some coastal communities, such a new orleans, built in a bowl."

When it was a small group of wooden shacks it too was above sea level.....then add 235,000,000 metric tons of concrete over the years ........dig out trenches under the city for water, electricity, phones, cable

et vuala you sink...8-)

Don't take my humour to heart, I'd much rather live in a stilt house by the beach even if it has a short life expectancy.

You get to remodel on a frequent basis!!!!

"It's a possiblity, I suppose"

mmm negativity creeping in there.

Just give Charlie a call and see if he'd like to spend the day at the beach tiptoeing across the dunes with other dogs.

getting to cleaning up after a steak BBQ and then snuggle with mum on the drive home.

I think it would be a resounding SCOOOBYDOOOOOBYDOOOOOOO

Oh well off home, slacker day for me.....

Beach sat....sign me up scotty

Oh I'm not letting it bother me. You grew up on an oversized island, so what do you know anyway?

It's not like it's a serious wheeling trip, take the blazer.
