reasonable jeep engine work?

I'm looking for my first jeep. I am starting with a Cherokee and am pumped to get one going. Ran across 97 Cherokee 6cylinder 4x4, with a blown head gasket. Obviously I'm not sure what else is going on in there or if it need machined or just a good cleaning on top of the gasket and bolt replacement. I found parts required head gasket and bolts about one hundred total. Do y'all know where in okc I can go where do good work but not charging an arm and leg? Thanks for Amy ideas. Just hoping I can make this one work, the inside is really clean and just a couple minor exterior dents. Thanks
