I thought keystone was closed until the end of march for bald eagle sanctuary? At least thats what the park ranger told me when i was out there during this time a few years ago...

That's weird. They had the gates open, and there where quite a few people out. Thanks for the help with the spare issue.

Gates are always open, unfortunalely i think someone took the signs down saying there closed. If you look it up on Oklahoma ohv website it says its closed from november through march. The ranger i dealt with didnt give me a ticket because where i entered there was no sign at the time, but he did give me a very stern warning. It was actually local people fishing that called and told on me for being there.

They opened white water year round cause the bald eagles have mainly moved to different spots. At least that's what I was told last year.
