I'm going to try to make it out there myself. Hopefully I will be back in time.

+1, I took my wife and kid last year, on the morning novice run, and the lead buggy gave us rides up waterfall in the afternoon. Good people, good charity event, a ton of rigs from stock to insane...good time.

Definitely plenty to do in a stocker that makes for a fun day. No body damage included . Don't Forget to pre order your shirt to make sure you have one for the event. They are 20$ pre order and 25$ on site. There will be a limited supply and color choice on site. Free hot dogs at top of rock garden on fri night 7-9 by okjeepthing

Wow I feel outta the loop just now finding the local section here. Considering I check the forum at least once a day. I will be there on the 14th though. Looking forward to seeing the difference in grand staircase with my antirock compared to just being disconnected when I went up it previous times.

Registration is for the event waiver (you are responsible for any damage that occurs to you, your rig, passengers and others around you that you harm). We keep a head count each year to plan for the next and also to find out what the best way is to reach the most people. There will be no cost to be at the event. We will be charging for meals, t-shirts, raffle tickets, poker run hands and will accept donations for blue star mothers program. Please see their website for info on donations needed. All proceeds will go to the 3 charities listed. Poker hands are 15$ apiece (buy as many as you like). Raffle is 1$ ticket for the basic raffle. 5$ for the AR style .22 rifle. No charge for guided runs (just thank the leaders and tail gunners for their volunteering). The event is meant to raise as much as possible for the charities and to have a damn good time.

The 5th annual event went off without a hitch. Great event and turnout. Friday night cookout on the top of rock garden was a big success with 100+ hot dogs going out and lots of people stopping by. Thanks to all those that helped cook and serve as well as those that built our little pwt cooker. A little late night wheeling saw some interesting adventure in the woods and rock garden areas.

Big thanks to Christi and Max for manning the table all day and making things run like clockwork. The guided run was a success. Thanks to Jmac and Leslie for organizing that as well as those that were tailgunners. It appears that people had a good time and got to see the area. The poker run seemed to be a hit with people as well. Scott and Danny managed Little Blue, Roman and Gared at Waterfall, WooHoo and Lu at Viagra, Jim and Emily at 3 fingers. It was a lonely post atop the rock garden for the fat one as my assistant had taken the day off for sick leave. Sat night raffle was a big success. Lots of great gifts for those out there. It did seem that 1 guy got a lot of goodies. Couldn't shake that bag up enough. Big thanks to Gary for opening with appreciation for the armed forces and Leslie for being the MC of the night. There may be a few people or things I forgot to mention. Please post up if you have something you want to say or someone you would like to thank. Post up pics and videos as well.

Lastly, thanks to all those that attended and made this a succesful event. Without you it wouldn't work. The $ hasn't been fully counted and there are still 1-2 things to take care of before announcing the totals.
See you on the trails - Fatty.
