Great so I either pay for brand now tires or buy different wheels so I can get retreads witch in the long run seems worth it but I hate big wheels lol

I'd rather have a 17 or a 16 for more choices vs the 16.5

Well you all are in a whole different boat than me. I have 31" tires so nothing major but then again it is my daily driver as well so I don't plan on going any larger until my wife and I buy a new SUV next winter then I will really start the work on the jeep because it will essentially be trail only.

The Kedge Grip is definitely a good way to go. They say it helps with tire wear which I haven't noticed but it does help on snow and ice and stuff like that.

My friend bought the treadwright puma's with the kedge grip. Most of the walnut shells fell out and it leaves perfect little holes in the tread. The tire have been wearing great and he keeps up with me on the trails.
