I like building whatever I can think of. For free. Because I have all the steel at my house.

What you have extra steel? And want to help me build a bumper?
Tried to tackle the leaf springs tonight, wow. I got the lower shackle bolts loose, I put over 150 ft lbs of force on the top bolts and they wouldn't budge. I smacked them with a hammer and sprayed tons of pb. Dont want to break a bolt when I need to get to class in the morning.

I would wait on the bolts then. And ya I will help you build a bumper. But it would have to be at my house.

For real? Do you have enough steel? Id totally compensate you lol. Im trying to think of this massive local metal manufacturer, took a field trip there with my welding class.

I was thinking about a winch bumper with a stinger, however something like this would be easy - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cherokee-XJ-...#ht_500wt_1156 Do you weld? I only have a 90amp flux core wire welder, Im not sure if its strong enough. I need to look up how thick of metal it can weld.
