Change in plans. We are meeting at the Raymond Store in Raymond at 8am. We are going to hit Miller Rock then Middle St Vrain/Coney Flats.

http://maps.google.com/maps/place?oe...07194970232708

"The combined trails are 12.4 miles. If we don't stop too often, probably
take us about 6 hours on the high side I suspect. We can drop Miller
Rock (3.7miles) and probably finish the rest in 4.5 hours.

I spoke with the director at the Glacier View Ranch and they'll open the
gate for us at the end of Miller Rock pending our phone call tomorrow
morning. He states they have about 3" of snow on the ground.

Given that the most difficult part of Miller is at the start, we can try
the climb and if unable or decide not to, we can bag it and use 72 to
get to Middle St. Vrain easily and start there instead." - Fred

I know this thread is older, but I'm lookin' for some people to tag a long with to do trails in the Boulder County area. Seems like a lot of people are in the denver/south colorado area and gas is just killer trying to get to these places. Any one know of some groups going up in the next couple weekends?

There is a run planned near you for next weekend on Front Range 4x4 Forum. I might do that run. Quite a few Jeep people on their site and a few from there on here also. Middle St Vrain is closed for a while still. I like to camp at MSV with the family, so I'll run it when it opens too.

Here's a link to the FR4X4 run next weekend.
