Sevenmile and Kelly Flats on Sept 29th

Sevenmile:
Easy fun trail with some water crossings, good for some stock fun.

Kelly Flats:
Three vehicles did this, Yoda truck on 31's with a 3" BL, ZR2 with a 5" Suspension Lift on 33's, and no front drive shaft thus in 2LO the whole time, and my TJ on
31's. We all did Heart Attack, no one did the Chutes, I have to pull the ZR2 only once on Heart Attack and it wasn't for very far. I lead up Heart Attack and at the first obstacle on it, took the hard line to the left, everyone else took the easy route on the right. Had my rear left tire in a hole with the front right about 4.5 ft in the air and I soiled myself. After that, the rest of Heart Attack wasn't too bad. Didn't get pics of the tire that high in the air, but its the obsticle in these first few pics.

Overall, very fun day. Unfortunately for the 2LO ZR2, broke one or both motor mounts which we believe pinched a wire somewhere causing the ECU fuse to blow every 5 min or so. We had to leave it in Rustic and my friend had it towed back down today.

Rockfrogs in Moab
Big videos: 45 mins each section and about 80mb each. Right click, save as:
Jay, you were asking about Moab Rim. The Moab rim footage starts at about 13:00 in Part 1.

I convinced a buddy to at least pull up on the first obstacle.

He doesn't have any rocker protection so this is as far as I could get him to go.

Pretty icy!!! Made it interesting a few times.

Ice made the waterfall impassable for me.

This is as far as I could get, 4 tires spinning on ice.

Nice flex shot for the LJ.

Not as icy up top.

Did Sevenmile Creek today with a friend. It wasn't too bad at all. The snow didn't get very bad until the cabin at the meadow. Then there was a large drift that we could not get through. We had lots of fun up to that point. We took just about every off shoot on the trail, most of which climb the hills on the north side of the trail. Saw some old mines, and it was also a good place to do some shooting. Also, there were lots of fun logs and large rocks to play around on. Up until the point where the snow gets really deep, this trail is much smoother and probably easier than in the late spring or summer.

Rigs:
-My 2000 TJ on 33's open D30 front, lsd D44 rear.

-My friends 2001 Blazer ZR2 on 33's with a lockrite in the front IFS and a corporate 10 bolt with a govloc in the rear.

Pics: I don't have any of my TJ yet, will have to get them from my friend, but here are pics of his Blazer.
