So, you are planning a trip to Ouray/T-ride this summer

For planning purposes, just a comment on how the winter is going in that area so far.....they have gotten pounded by snow. The snow pack is way above average which means that , unless the spring is exceptionally warm, the snow will be around for a long time. This is true for most of the Colorado mountians. Some of the ski areas actually had a snow day this year!

We also have not even gotten to the snowiest months (March and April).

Those of you planning trips in June might want to push it back into July. The local counties are well aware of the economic benefit of opening the trails ASAP, but there is only so much a bulldozer can do with all of the snow.

Yep, I was in Breck & Crested Butte recently, LOTS of snow up there!
