Oh, and the driver failed a piss test, and got his work release revoked.
He's full time in jail now.

Glad to hear. How long is he in jail for?

I'm so sorry this ever had to happen. I wish you and your family the best in recovering from all of this.

He got 18 months, minus time served. Prob be out around October. Then 5 years 'Highly supervised' probation. If he sticks to his pattern, he'll blow that within a couple month, and go back in for 5 years.

I agree. He originally got sentanced to a work release program. Within 2 weeks he failed a pee test. Tested hot for opiates, and sent back in full time.
I hope he likes being Bubba's cell mate
