All the Gulches are open, as is China Wall, and quite a few just North around Denver.

Well, it is snowing up here, so most will be a bit more challenging this weekend.

Awesome news! I just have to get my fuel pump figured out and put this gas tank skid on and then I'll be good to go.

What they did was make it so the idiots that shoot and leave their brass and targets littered all over our National Forest can make it back there too now! FR 379 was bulldozed too!

Well I called the county to see if Old Stage Rd opened as planned. I was told: "No it did not, as of right now the road closure is indefinite and may trail into next year!" If you go to website work finish date is now 5/1/2014!

Yep. Same here, I just found that out the hard way. And to top it all off, the girl/lady that told me on the phone was a complete and utter B**CH and no help at all. She said "they should update it when it's done" in an attitude. Frustrating

You can head up past Woodland Park and do the Gulches.. Hackett is fun for sure
Going the backway thru Cripple Creek/Victor will take a couple hours from the Springs to get to SR ER MB etc.

Or you can head south to Penrose and hit the more difficult stuff...

I will be going to the rampage trail area on this upcoming Sunday the 10th. Anyone want to meet up that morning and trail along. It will be my first time out , we're visiting from Texas, and I plan on proposing to my girlfriend of 3 yrs. I am super excited about the trip. Would like a fellow jeeper around to show us the ropes. And maybe snap a pic when I pop the question
