Just Curious If I'm Crazy - Trade Question

I've been toying around with the idea of trading my 2007 2-door for a similar year 4-door Rubicon. I never seem to have enough seats and room for camping gear in mine.

Here's what I've got:

2007 X 2-Door Silver (manual windows) 4x4
35k miles
Soft top
Manual transmission
3.5" Terraflex suspension
5x35" MT/Rs on black steelies
4x33" snow tires on black steelies
Steering dampener
Quick disconnect sway bar
Yukon 5.13 gears
ARB lockers front and rear
ARB diff covers
S&B intake
Custom cat-back with relocated muffler
Hyptertech programmer

Do you think I'll be able to trade close to even-Steven for a stock 4-door Rubicon. Should I prepare to have a chunk of cash too? Should I aim for something more than stock or get cash too for trade? Any suggestions for the logistics (beyond dealers probably being a bad idea) on how to go about it?

Just curious. May not bother.

IMHO - I'd step it up a notch and go for a JK Rubicon 4dr. You'll probaby need more cash, but I think it would be worth the investment. Everyone I know with the JK is really happy with them. I love mine, but wish it had 4 doors!!!

Isnt that what he said about a 4 door Rubi?

I dont think the trade will be even. Rubis are Rubis unfortunately, but you shouldnt have to pay too much more extra for it. You trading to the dealership? See how much they would give you with/without your lift/tires etc. If might not be that much different, and if so, I would take off the lift, etc so you will have it ready for the 4dr since the parts are interchangable.

I guess you are right. I don't think they had a 4-dr before 2008 did they???
