Ahh...must be the seal for the input shaft. I'll get under there with a bottle of Simple Green and clean it up real good to see if I can fully localize it. I really don't think I did it this weekend, so can't call it carnage. I'll just chalk it up to "old-***-Jeep"

Afternoon might work Nick. You could even bring Noelle for a visit. Bridget and Tricia would love to see her. Bridget generally gets back from church around 1:30-2:00

I'm kinda digging Jenny Creek -

Mapquest puts it about 68 miles from my house, which is as close as it gets.

That'll work for me. I've not run that trail either. I was looking at Eagle Rock/Saran Wrap too. I'm up for either one of those as well.

I don't mind some of a drive, but not really digging on 2+ hours to the trailhead like some of the ones I want to run (Holy Cross, Blanca, Chinaman's, etc) right now.

I need to swap out my CB before this run as well...hopefully I get the damn thing fixed before this weekend. I need to go get a new cable, and try out one of the other CB's I have, and see if that helps out.

Edit- I say Jenny Creek looks good. Plus if a couple of the smaller rigs come, it'll provide a good challenge across the board without being overly difficult for anyone.

I'm just glad to see a ZJ'er post something that is not "leaking" related.

Yea, I think most vehicles could make this run- so I would say all is welcome!

Hmm, with a trail so close and so short I might make it. I have family crap going on that afternoon and could easily run the trail and get back in time

Well, got my rig back from Tires Plus. My passenger wheel was at 17 degrees and and my driver was 7 degrees They put them at .125 degrees, greased my bushings, full alignment, and straightened my steering wheel (it pointed at 5-o-clock, instead of 12-o-clock).

Dropping the jeep off at 4WP to get my Ox straightened out on Wednesday, then I will be squared away.

What time do we want to meet? Where do we want to caravan from?

Jenny Creek is a blast. We ran it by ourselves a couple of years ago. You have to make the trec to the eye of the needle tunnel as well. I wish we could tag along, but maybe we can do something next sunday?!

Let us know, I want to get out again soon. We had a great time on wheeler.

Later,

Don

I think I might be open next week as well.

I was thinking about a little later start than we normally do, since it's a bit closer. I figure maybe be at the trailhead by about 10am? I'm not sure on how long it takes to get there, and I'm too lazy (and tipsy ) to look it up at the moment. I don't know when everyone else was thinking, but I figured that would give us a little later to sleep in on Saturday.

I may be in for jenny creek this weekend....I did it a few weeks ago and it was a blast. the only thing that sucks is the dirt road that goes up to the trail. I need to break in the new lift.
