I supplied him with every thing he needed but he can get every thing for you also. I took my HP Dana 30 to him out of the salvage yard and after he installed the gears he installed it in my Jeep and did the alignment. He also did the ARB and gear install on my 8.8.

Apologies if I am replying in the wrong place. If anyone needs cheap xj parts I collect em'. I do mostly fab and mechanical work but our hobby is Jeepin' and collect jeeps so I can either help customers or keep myself well supplied. Currently I have 10 1988-90 Jeep xjs. Smitty at Hippie1255@aol.com if you have any questions. Thanx

2X on mile hi jeep!!! On Federal Donny is great but I am 54 now and when I was 17/18 year old kid with my flatfenders his dad Don is the man. I remember many times I had trouble with V6 swaps and the likes but it only took one stop and talk with Don senior and all was good. I was a snot nose kid but he treated me well. Got to love a place like that. :Quote

I know I've read some bad things about Republic 4x4 here, but I've dealt with them quit a few times.
Now, they do have a problem with retuning emails, but I've just learned to go talk in person.

Are you sure they closed?
Last time I was there (last summer) they told me they'd be moving to a different location.
If they are out of business, it's a sad day...

anyone know the best place to get Grade 8 hardware? I know that Tractor Supply sells it by the pound, but they're way over in Brighton and I'm in Black Hawk...not sure driving 2+ hours to save $10 is worth it...anywhere else that sells them cheap?
