Wow....I didn't even remember making this thread.

I guess I could update everyone one what's going on. We bought a house in Thornton off of 128th and Quebec. We went with a new construction because we felt like that was the best bang for our buck after looking at many many houses that we felt were overpriced for what they offered.

Thanks to those that offered and provided help!

PS - Anyone who wants to do landscape work for beer and BBQ this coming spring is welcome to help me finish my backyard!
