looking at traildamage's map of trailheads in colorado, there are a ton of trails around that area. most off rampart range. i definetly want to check out more of them, one trail i saw was rated a 7 and 5 miles long.

Wow, you guys got lucky. A runaway vehicle can put an end to your fun REAL fast. If you don't trust the e-brake, at least chock the tires or something.

Yikes Tom! Really glad you or Charlie weren't behind the wheel on a hit like that. Could have been mucho bad. Glad Molly's fine - I'm sure it scared the **** out of her

Having done the same thing in the past I know how that feels. Damage really doesn't look too bad all in all considering. That trail sure looks like some fun though.

The trail was fun. Quite a challenge too. Ben had to be very aggresive to make it through with open diffs, and still had to strap once. I used my rear locker a lot, and still at one point, had a front tire way(3 feet) off the ground. Got that knee shake there .
The trail was soft and rain chewed, a perfect place to see what kind of grip your tires give.
I, also think the rain chewed trail was 1 dificulty point higher , a 7.
