i went up 21 road about 2 weeks ago and it was snow packed. i hiked in because my jeep isnt equipped for much out there, but someone made it a ways into the canyon. Since then we've had several small snow storms so im guessing there might be more snow left then when i had gone. Hope this helps a little.
