GPS Data Cards for Colorado

In case you didn't hear, we have data cards for both of our Colorado 4x4 books!

These cards are compatible with select Garmin GPS units and include the waypoints & tracklogs for every trail in the book they're associated with.

Our data cards also include Garmin compatible topographic maps for the entire state (which are freely available from www.GPSFileDepot.org and www.miscjunk.org) and included for the convenience of our customers.

To explain in a little more detail, the card for our Colorado 4x4 book includes all 100 tracklogs (breadcrumbs) WITH waypoints that correspond to the book. We also have custom Points of Interest (POI) files that point to the trailhead for each trail, so you can navigate directly to the trail if your GPS supports it. The Northern Colorado card includes all the same info for all 80 trails.

These cards are "Plug & Play" compatible with Garmin Oregon and Montana GPS units, but the data can be used with any GPS or mapping software that supports standard GPX files. Users should consult their owners manual for any GPS other than the Oregon & Montana units. See our GPS Resources page for more info.
