Day trail run in the Boulder/Loveland area

If you were organizing a fun trail run for novice to moderately experienced off-roaders driving stock to modestly upgraded 4x4s somewhere in the front-range from Boulder north to Loveland-ish or may be FoCo... what trail would it be?

Something where we could meet in the morning, drive maybe 3-4 hours up, have lunch and drive back. Nice scenery, nothing TOO horribly difficult, just a good time.

MSV/Coney flats.
About a 4 out of 10 on the hard scale and has a water crossing.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm asking because my wife is in sales and is thinking of events she can coordinate for her customers besides the usual "golf, happy-hour, sporting event" stuff. Turns out many if not most own some version of a 4x4: Jeep, Toyota, old Bronco, what have you.

She thought this might be a possibility, but we need to make it accessible for all levels of driver and 4x4, plus have scenery and the like for passengers.

Anyone else?
