some trails up by us are still open, but you'd better not go alone & be prepared to need some tugging. the snow can get deep quick. (see my last post in the Where to Wheel this Weekend thread...)

Snow bashing isn't fun unless you get stuck

As I roll down the trail,I hope my traction will not fail. But if I spin & begin to slide, please dear lord protect my ride

I'm hurting for a trail run. Anybody got anything coming up? I may need to borrow a jeep.

Yep, I sure do.

I should have the Jeep downtown tomorrow if you're in the area, otherwise I'm in Edgewater.

Back in Colorado

Hey all,

It has been a while. I recently returned from Afghanistan and wanted to see how everyone is doing?

Hey Don, good to hear from you and welcome back home! I had been wondering what you were up to and figured you must have been deployed. Last I heard you had acquired another 4.0L with a supercharger, were you ever able to move the supercharger over to your TJ?

I hadn't been on JF for quite a while so I made an "old" member check-in thread in the Colorado section not too long ago. Based on the responses in that thread it seems like some members are still kicking around, but a lot of them seem to have moved on.

Thanks for your service and welcome back!

Ryan

Colorado Vacation!

My wife and I are planning a short getaway to southwest Colorado in Sept 21-25. With drive time to and from Missouri that will likely only leave me with Friday and Saturday to trail ride. I would really like to hook up with local Jeepers to show us around so we arent out there alone. fullsizerender.jpg

It's such a shame people are not using this facility to organize trail runs and hook up with buddies to wheel with, would be so useful
