So, this seems like it would be a good place to ask.

Looking for shops north of Denver. New to this world and not fully comfortable with my understanding of the suspension setup on the jeep, I'm left looking for a shop North of Denver. I found one in Boulder with all good reviews, however the only reviews I could find were were on the JK forum where I understand people weren't able to leave negative reviews, so not really a good gauge.

Any competent shops around that you could suggest?

Thanks,
BH

What shop in Boulder? Stay away from John's 4x4 IMHO.

That would be Pollard Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler, etc. Not sure what the shop is though.

Can anyone tell me about living in or within about 30 mins of Henderson? My company has a branch out there and I'm tempted to transfer. I'm growing tired of WA and CO is basically like WA on steroids (geographically) without all of the salt water. Seems like a win-win since I'm into off-roading, climbing, hiking and skiing.

Henderson is about ten miles from the Denver International Airport (DIA) to the northeast of Denver. It is about thirty miles east of the Front Range to which you would have to traverse either Denver or Boulder to get to. Housing is packed together like sardines.

I don't actually have to live there, but something rural within 30-40 mins would be nice.

Where would your work be? Brighton to the northeast isn't too packed and Lochbuie is pretty nice. They're east of I-25 so they're further from the mountains. A good day may see you get to Golden or Boulder (base of the front range) in forty-five minutes or so.

Had a good day at Red Cone, Sunday. Weather was dry, trail was challenging and jeep ran well.
All good!

Wish I could have made it Tom. Bridget's been jobless for a year and a half, and fuel money is short, to say the least.

I miss you guys...
