Episode II
Scott's turn:
Clint
Go Nick, Go!
Arlo and Chris made it on this pass...after I scuffed up the dirt some more for him (and Scott, and Clint, and Nick)
Anybody remember why we stopped here? Was it to warn everybody of the 90-point-turn switchback?
More secenery:
That was the intermission...back to the rigs
Holy crud, that turn was tight!
And, there's 10...coming soon, episode III

I didn't have any pics near the mine. In fact, I don't think anybody had pics inside it....y'all will have to look back at the last time Arlo and his roommate went in there for pics inside. We had to take that nasty switchback again, here's Arlo doing it
That's about all I had of that spot...I think this one is on the other side of Sunset (that's a town of about 5 houses). Just a shot of the trail we'd been on (might have been what we were about to do though, not sure)
The WJ starting what Scott's TJ had to finish
TJ Carnage after trying to get around Arlo's WJ
And finally, Arlo making it 30 yards farther than the last time he took this stretch in the snow

There was a big old tree in the middle of the road.
BTW...I have some pics inside the mine, but I can't get them uploaded. My brother just moved my gallery to a new server so he's troubleshooting.

I'm jealous of you guys. That looks like it was an absolute blast. I really wish we could have made it. Leslie is debating going on monday, and I'm trying to convince her that she should. Help me out guys, a little peer pressure never hurt anyone.

So Eric's tryin to get me to go with you guys on Monday since I'm off (unless they call and make me work) and Eric works. How hard is the trail??

Well with BFG ATs I noticed I had a lot of usable traction in the powdery stuff...with everything else I slid all over. Now I hope these Trxus MTs will not disappoint.
I should still be down for monday. It was too cold to install those extended bumpstops so It should be interesting to say the least I am just praying there isnt much on super flexy stuff. No matter how cld it is tomorrow is I need to move my tranny cooler away from my clutch fan Ive been getting too warm for comfort.
