Hey Jim, the only time I saw your puck "floating" it was only by maybe a few millimeters, if that makes any difference to you.

Don't think I'll be making it guys, no BB and I discovered that I had been looking at the wrong day on my work schedule, I actually work at noon to close.

You're still in school and learning how to read a schedule, we'll forgive you

I can always use some help when you are done. Still a bit nervous about screwing with the IFS with my lift. My rear shocks have not shown up, so I will have to put those on later. Does anyone have spring compressors? I will bring my jack, jack stands, ramps and all my tools, and a cooler with beer and ice

See you all tomorrow.

I have some spring compressors I need to get some more use out of them so I don't feel so bad spending $50 on them

So we're lifting 2 rigs and doing some general wrenching on others, right?

On another note, I found out today that my intake manifold gasket is leaking, the CV on the right that I already replaced about a year ago is oozing, and both diffs have bad seals on the cover - AND a pinion seal leak! grrrrr.

Here's an idea....CV skids!!!

Brought the Jeep to the dealership to have the alignment done after I smacked my tie rod on Slaughterhouse (yes, finally). They did their "upsell inspection" - I told them don't touch anything but the alignment. So, I'll have some work to do - not doing the diffs tomorrow, I can tell ya that...way too messy. I'll do them when I can use Josh's lift...and his oil disposal tank

Pinion seal is probably going to go back to the mechanic that did my pinion bearing. I could do it, but if he'll cover it under his warranty, I'd rather go that route.

Definitely not looking forward to the manifold gasket though :

Thanks for that info Raab - My rear swaybar was probably keeping me from fully unseating. It would actually take quite a bit to get the spring to pop out. There's a couple inches of stock post that goes into the puck, so it would take a lot of flex to truly unseat it. Just some peace of mind if I get the extensions on (take longer to take off the wheel and put it back on than to put the extension in, really)

Parky, we'll "get 'r done". No worries there

My BB came in, so I need you guys's opinion. I could:
A. Drive down there tommorrow morning before I have to work at 3 and install my BB.
B. Don't bother and install it on my own time.

Just the BB for now, shocks will have to come later, I don't have the $ for them right now.

So, I will be needing directions, either that or I'll just drive south, and see where I end up tommorrow morning.

Sweetness. I'll see you guys tomorrow morning then. 10ish right?
I'll try and stop by my work on the way down and pick up my torx bits unless you have some down there. All my tools are in my toolbox at work.

Good thing Arlo voted for me...woulda been a pretty tough decision

We'll have quite a few tools hanging around - we'll get it all taken care of. So it looks like that makes 3 lifts and 2 sets of post extensions - did I count right?
