Yeah, a whole 15 minutes worth and then the sun came back out and it was clear blue skies again (see my thread "only in colorado")

Not sure if I am going to be able to make it now....!(*@#$^& !!!! I went up today to Coney Creek & I think I messed up a tire. If I am able to fix it tonight, I'll be up there with you all. If not, then just count me as #1 for the next trip.

About an hour. It depends on from where in Denver, but the day of the week works in your benefit. Being Sunday traffic won't be as bad.

I went to school down in Denver for 2 years I came home(Fort Collins) on the weekends, and drove back on Sunday. It shouldn't take more than an hour. I made the trip in 50 minutes usually but then I was driving a Grand am Gt, it went a lot faster than my wrangler.

Plan for it to take an hour

With so many of us going I was wondering how many of you know where Moody Hill is or have been there before? With so many Jeeps we will get seperated through town because of stop lights. I was thinking about spacing those of us who know where it is through out the line on the way to the trail so no one gets stuck at a light and not know where to go. Then we can regroup at Horsetooth Res. or at the trail head.

We will be up there during lunch time so plan accordingly. The trail doesn't take all day but depending on how long we play around in the Quarry will determine how long it takes. For those of you who don't feel Moody Hill is enough to satisfy your hunger, Crystal Mountain branches off the end of Moody Hill.

Moody Hill is 6.4 miles long with a low rating of 3 and a high rating of 8
Crystal Mountain is 4.3 miles long with a low rating of 5 and a high rating of 7

Can't wait to see all of you tomorrow

PS:
If any of you are afraid of getting lost let me or Eric know and we'll PM you our cell number so we can help you out.

For the first person to arrive at Fort Collins High School, there will be a Silver TJ with a black hard top and black steel wheels and a Silver WJ Limited completely bone stock. Maybe I'll flex it out on a curb or something so you know its me

I'm gonna make a simple map explaining how to get to moody hill from Fort Collins High and post it in here tonight for anyone in case you get lost in Fort Collins.

Ok, top obviously is a map.

If you get on Harmony Road and go west, and STAY ON THAT ROAD you won't screw up. It goes up past Horsetooth Resevoir, through Masonville, around and up and down in the mountains but it is still the same road you started on. You won't turn until you reach a sign that says "Pennock Pass" and "Stove Prairie" (See pic) you turn in the direction of Pennock Pass. It will look like what you see in the last pic. From here, its a short little drive to the trail head. It'll be on your left.

Keep in mind, this is if someone gets lost or is running late etc. This is the way that I plan on getting there.

See you all tommorrow morning!

Red ZJ, stock except for Kevin's Radiator Suport and a red Firestik CB Antenna on the right side, I'll be carvaning with Josh (Sailingnut) - he's in a grey-ish 2000 WJ - color is pretty close to Eric's.

That was awesome!! I don't know about you guys but I got some good pics and some good videos. I'm so glad we went, it was a lot of fun. Share your pics I want to see what you guys got. I'll share mine but I can't post pics so I'll let Eric.

Eric from Denver: I got some great video of you in the Quarry, you made it look so easy.

Between the pick-up and the show off this trip was quite entertaining
