Colorado Jeep Club Holiday party

Ok all...it's that time of year again. As is our new tradition, it's time to start looking towards our annual Christmaskwanzaahanukkah party. Last year there was a lot of conflicting schedules, so I was looking to see when would be the best weekend, and if anyone in particular would like to host this year. We also did a Secret Santa/gag gift exchange last year, so that could be a fun continuation (I think we put a $20 or $30 cap on cost).

Speaking of that, we're all still waiting on your write up Ryan!

So with that said, express your interests, if you'd like to attend, how many, and when would be best. Let's try to get a big turnout this year! All weekend days are listed from now til the end of the month, with the exception of the 1st/2nd in hopes, as that would be really short notice.

22 or 23 would work for me, can't vote for 2 days so I'll just pick one.

Bridget said the 8th would be bad because she has a BLS/CPR course all day. The 9th would be best for the Karlin clan, I think.

ERROR on my part --- I voted for the 15th, but I won't be back from Jamica until the 17th. So, I would like to officially change my vote to the 22nd.

Would like to get to finally meet some of the folks here!

We need to get some more input from everyone here! Each weekend is broke down for each day- I figured that would be the easiest way to figure out which weekend day worked for everyone.

We also need a volunteer to host this year. Depending on which weekend it is, I'll be up to host again this year. However, if someone more central or someone else just new wants to host, that's cool as well. Post up your input so we have a great party this year!

I have nothing but free time

Once a location is set, I can decide for sure.
Its about time I got a new tradion going.

Used to go to my neighbors holiday party every year, good food, friends, good times. But then he up and died.

Thanks for bumping Neil - The weekend I voted for may be out (the 9th) since I seem to remember Kuk being out of town, so we might want to write that one out - can't have last year's host miss this year's party

I might be able to host as long as it's not the 8th (wife has a CPR class all day), or the 22-23rd (family shtuff, happens to be the weekend before x-mas). That leaves the 9th, or well...the rest of the month

What does everybody else think?

I would say that right now we are looking at either 15th or 16th of December and if Josh is willing to host we choose one of these dates and move forward.
