FYI I removed the fitting where you can attach the hose. It looked like it would limit volume to me. It is a back-flow preventer, as long as you don't leave the valve open blowing CO2 you don't need it.

Well I used that tip and removed that check-valve...I couldn't find a female fitting to fit on that end anyways

Nearly burned down my Jeep welding in there, but I did it...have a mounted CO2 tank. The bin that is normally there (or CD-changer for those fancy WJ's) had broken (too much weight - recovery gear) and so I pulled it out and mounted my CO2 tank. Washers and bolts and spacers and a few tack welds and WALA:

Is slightly angled, 80-85deg or so. I think it'll be fine at that angle not being perfectly up...25ft coil hose easily reaches all the spots as well

I tried it with out inserts and just tried to drill out a tapered end...It was interesting lil squirly on the highway .
If i would of done it 100 percent (w/inserts) it would of been perfect. You will like it.
Do you have spaced rims? my TRE rubbed the inner wheel, but they were stock Jeep Alloys. just grinded them sucka's

By the way how is your miller working out for you? Right now i am looking at a hobart 187 (220v) MIG, any suggestions input?

I imagine my bump steer will increase a bit since my draglink and trackbar will no longer be 100% parallel. Sounds like a good project, raise the trackbar mount

Yeah I have 4" BS (vs 6" stock) so I shouldn't rub at all - am following another WJ guys writeup. One of my friends who also did this swap found that if I order a Tie Rod End for a Right Hand Drive WJ, that I can use that. The original guy who did this had to get a chevy TRE, bend it, and then braced it where he bent it...

Miller is working great...Looks like in 3 weekends I'll head down to pick up some steel and over the next couple weekends, I'll start designing my bumper I am still a welder noob so I have no (worthwhile) input for ya

Woot...Ordered Clayton's LA kit for my WJ...$600 off the regular price because of a 25% off gift certificate they hooked up GSW with and I pseudo-won - they just raised their prices because steel went up in price (again) so that saved me $150... Should be here late next week.

I'll be running on 4" of lift until I can swing the cash for another set of springs which will probably happen either next month or as soon as I sell my current lift stuff.

I hate you! Don't you want to try those LA on my Jeep first just in case they are defective?

I'm sure you know you'll have to set the pinions all over again if you run the 4" then go higher later on. It's a real pain to do over. If you go a few months it woun't seem that bad but if you get the new springs in a month or so I'd just wait & do the whole thing at once.

I do realize you want to get rid of those great tera arms asap though.
