Question Anyone want to run Spring Creek on June 9-10?

Planning on spending that weekend in the lower elevations still close to denver. So far i was thinking of going up on the 9th and running a pretty easy trail (Bill Moore Lake) and set up camp near the lake. Then on the 10th heading over to Spring Creek for a more challenging trail. Is anyone interested in running either day with us? Anyone is welcome to join us!

Even in a cruddy snow year, Bill Moore is still snowed in around that time. Good luck.

I'd join you, but it's a bit of a trek from Moab

I might be in. Send me a PM as we get closer. I saw on Colorado4x4.org that someone posted they ran most of Bill Moore in late April but hit snow. They were able to run Red Elephant Hill though. If you can get up Elephant then you should be able to do the Mill Creek loop off of it and come back to Bill Moore.

We got an inch last night and I know Park County got about 6. Not sure what happened east of the divide.

I may be in for both trails. I am just 30 minutes from both.

I'm down for Spring Creek sunday the 10th if I make it through Holy Cross with no problems on the 9th. Just ran Spring Creek a few weeks ago and it was tougher than last year mainly because the rock garden was still full of snow.

Sorry guys, I would still like to do this trip, but due to some unforseen finanicial issues I will have to postpone, at least for myself, until later in the month.
