What about this one? Trail Info

I've always wanted to run this, but I'm not sure if it might be snowed in. I would think that with the way the weather has been lately, it should still be fine. TrailDamage's report was from a month ago. Looking at the pics, it should be do-able for a stocker too...just enough to give some challenge, but easy enough to get through without too much problem. Plus if it's really short, there's a couple other trails not too far from it. Just a thought...

I'd be down with that...I doubt it'll be snowed in, like you said it has been so damn warm lately.

This would be great since you have to run this in conjunction with Brunce School road and maybe we could do the Ironclads as well. What does everyone think?

Where is a good place for everyone to meet in Boulder (0945hrs). I could meet up with Nick in Thornton as I will be coming from Brighton (0920hrs).

So who do we have so far:

NatualHoosier (Nick and family)
ArloGuthroJeep (Ryan)
dnrisden (Don and Family)
KUK9 ( ? )

Anyone else?

"in like sin" - does that mean you're 2/3 of the way in?

Well the article doesn't really imply or say that the trail is hard so I would have to assume a stocker can do it. If that is the case then there is only one thing that decides if I am in or not. I need to get my Lug adapters and get the new tires on. If this happens then Yes I am in.

Aside from basic items, shovel, fix a flat, tow strap, lunch anything else I should need to bring?

The write up on the trail seemed to focus more on the wreckage than the trail, but even from the pics, it doesn't look like a hard trail. I think if you have the basic stuff with you, even if there was something else to come up, one of the rest of us would likely have it.

Maybe I'll have to skip the CSU game and go wheeling since so many are going on Saturday. They are having a crappy season anyways.
