My family and are looking to do another wheeling trip this coming Thanks Giving Weekend. Not sure where we will be going just yet, but I will post up soon. Anyone up for a run just let us know.

Later,

I was thinking about something close on Friday- I'll keep watching the thread to see what develops.

Family is in town, so I thought when my wife and mom go shopping on Friday, I could introduce my dad to a little CO offroading.

Agreed, we are wanting to run something fairly close in as well. My brother in law is joining us to see what all the hoopla is all about. He thinks the idea of a good trail is running on it or biking on it.

While I don't want to get my hopes up, consider me tenative for this weekend. I need to get out, so hopefully I will be able to. Any particular trails in mind?

Indeed you did! It was nice "meeting" you finally.

I pulled behind you, and I was like...'Hmm....that's an awful lot of Hoosier stuff, and I'm pretty sure no one else around here has that much like that...I bet it's him.'

Not sure. I was looking at Kelly Flats but that is quite a jaunt and I already did my daredevil impersonation this month. Maybe Brunce School Road. The problem is most all of the Boulder Forest Service Trails are closed and most Higher elevation trails are closed. Everything up North is still open so far, but that could change at any time. I am open just throw up some suggestions. I think something melow would be good.

Later,

Don

Kelly Flats gives me damage

Bunce would be fun if they got a bit more snow Never done it dry so it might be fun like that also...

Anyone know where Taylor Mountain(NFSR 330) or Winiger Ridge/Gross Reservoir(NFSR 359) are or whether they're any good?

I did the Bunce this weekend, it was pretty dry. Johnny Park, Bunce School Road, Pole Hill and Switzerland Trail are still open but they're all pretty tame.
