Iowa Jeepers, where you from?

Keep picking through and on occasion find others from Iowa. Thought I would start a thread to introduce ourselves in one place. just post a quick note where your from and any other information you would like to share.

I own a Harley and a JEEP, still some people can't figure out why I'm broke!

Thought I should start it off.

I worked for 19 years as a production welder at Kinze Manufacturing. Now I'm a registered nurse working in the emergency room at Mercy, IC. I volunteer for my local Fire, Rescue, and EMS groups. I'm from a little town of North English south of Interstate 80 exit 216. Bought my first Jeep last year, now doing a ground up build on.

Marshalltown IA here, lived on the west coast and wheeled a ton out there. Moved back to my hometown to pursue self employment opportunities. I wheeled the snot out of my zj sold her Replaced it with a TJ that I have slowly been tinkering on, I fabricat all my own stuff and am pretty handy with a wrench. Looking to always find like minded folk to run with.

My jeep is a bit of what I describe as a "sleeper" but ultra fun. Any questions just ask.

I currently reside in Muscatine. However, the wife and I are looking to buy a home back in the QC area. Preferably Walcott or Bluegrass. 07JKU.

Knew there had to be someone from central Iowa. There is a decent size club around Ames area south of you.
