Help a Jeeper out

This might be a shot in the dark but I was wondering if there was anybody in the Des Moines area that could lend me a hand in installing a lift on my Grand Cherokee. Yes it's only a 2" budget boost. But to be honest i've never done one before and I would not like to screw up. So yea...Any help would be much appreciated.

go to northern and get a set of strut spring compressors <$30 i think and 2 floor jacks are probably necessary - you should be able to get it done pretty easily - might have to disconnect shocks to get the axel to fall enough to get the spring out but then insert spacers and put the spring back in
