Anyone with a welder in Cedar Rapids IA?

The picture kinda makes it self explanitory. I was changin out my shocks and I snapped it off. If you know of anyone who will weld it up for me or let me borrow their setup for a bit PM me. I need to get this back on the road soon!

If you havent already taken care of this, the only place i can think of would be Iowa Welding and Suspension on J St SW. I've never done business with them, but a guy at work suggested them when i was looking for axle shims and the dude I spoke with out there was cool. Could a person cut off the rest of the stud, drill a hole, and run a bolt thru there?

Already fixed. It was a 10 second job once I found a welder and stopped at home depot.
