yeah they arent that bad. they just get a bad rep for having IFS.

my cousin's wife has one and its pretty fun.

my parents were considering a 4 door jk but they didnt want to spend the money. they are pretty comfortable though.

IFS does suck, I put a 2.5" lift which did help. I do need to get larger tires. I've thought of buying retreads, any one here ever buy some?

I havent bought any, but haven't heard anything bad, only positive. About $50 per tire for the BFG At Tread and I hear they are great. There is a thread on here somewhere...

Oh wow, first time searching got it. Type "retread" into the search and it will come up This is the site I always hear awesome things about http://treadwright.com/ I am seriously considering them for future use

Another jeeper in Blaine, mn. I have a question for ya. What does the inspector look for when on the crawl for a cure ride? I have not done a formal ride with my jeep yet and is there somethings that I might need to do before I go?

Important things are stock or better roll bars, proper battery tie downs and tow points front and rear. Here is the link to tech inspection.

Thanks and hope to see you at the Crawl.

Have I mentioned the Jeep we'll be raffling off? Well, I should have. All I can say at this time is that it will be a TJ with a brand new body and interior and 35" Mickey Thompson tires and wheels! I'll keep you posted on the build, last years was pretty sweet!

The winners!!! All for 1 $10 ticket
