Honestly, I don't even know what a fair price would be for them.

Hey, guys. you can add me to the MN Jeepers list! I'm in Uptown, Minneapolis, originally from Mound. I just got the info on the Crawl 4 the Cure today and was gonna post it when I stumbled upon this thread.

Let me know if they have any transfer case skid plates. I'll be needing one if we hit Gilbert. Otherwise I'll buy one online. I wish I knew how to make my own stuff!

Question for you guys,
My old 87XJ had the front skid thing that protected the steering gear, my 96 doesn't have it. Do your Jeeps have them? Are they really good to have? I'm not into rock crawling just yet so I'm thinking no.

There were a few XJ's there, all stock and torn apart. My ZJ doesnt have a skid.

Yea that's how they were at John's Auto Parts the last time I was there.

No prob. I was mainly just wondering if many of the XJs came with a factory steering skid. My old 87 was a retired US customs vehicle. It had a steering skid. I wasn't sure if they were a common option or not.

That old Jeep was a trip. When I took the seats out to replace the carpet, I found live hollow-point pistol ammo and a slim-jim (not the beef stick) under the seats. Doh!

haha, you never know what you will find in a used vehicle. i remember one of my co-workers telling me when he bought his truck, he found an "obscene" picture under his floor mat when he took them out to shampoo the carpets. obscene being a naked chick on the hood of a car.

Nice actually we've taken the Libery up to Gilbert and it handles pretty good. The Wrangler is stock and she doesnt' want to lift it, we're thinking of getting rid of if and getting a four door.
