Black Hills + Boy Scouts = Roll Your Own Summer Camp?

I'm an ASM for a Boy Scout troop in Minnesota. At least two of the Scouts will be helping me rebuild my YJ next spring. All the planning for the rebuild brought us to the question of doing some kind of wheeling adventure in the Black Hills. The problem is that I'm the only one with a Jeep and there would probably be only one other four wheel drive pick up available. There would be a max of four or five Scouts and two or three adults.

Are there any Jeep clubs in the area that could help us make this trip? We are probably looking at the summer of 2016 for a week long adventure. Ghost towns would definitely be a plus.
