AF&T will be your best bet for a pick 'n pull. I don't know if they still do, but for a time they did. I use an online company out of Great Falls (i think) if i want used. Pretty slim pickin's around here. There is a guy just outside of livingston that has a field full of old trucks and I might ask one day if I can buy a front D60 off of one; if they have one in reasonable shape.


1997 Wrangler 6cyl 5-spd; 4" short arm, 35X12.50's, all the supporting goodies...

Bummer. Thanks for the info. I guess I'll just have to either scan the classifieds or search Craiglist if I need anything used.

Hey fellow Montanans!

New to the forum, finding my way around and bumped into this....
Nice to see there are a few other Jeep lovers in the Big Sky Country.
What a great place to own a Jeep right?
I grew up North of Bozeman, have also lived in Butte and in Lakeside (on Flathead lake).
Also have family in Helena, Plentywood, Absaorkee, and Belgrade.

Not new to owning Jeeps (just bought my third), but new to this whole forum idea, any newbie advise appreciated....

Bozo here too, anybody got any eyes on a d30 front end, barings on both hubs are shot and in need of a new diff and thought it would be easy just to swap for newish (at least to me) d30 front.

have a dana 30 from an early cj7 old style hubs and disk brakes if interested. live in kalispell dont know what gears it has but is complete. also have most of another dana 30 in parts, knuckles carriers hubs and such just a bunch of parts.

Ended up finding out it was just the driveline swapped everything out and still a little vibration but in the need of An sye pretty bad but got it figured out. Thanks though

Just a friendly hello from SE MT. (Colstrip)
The Chief, my kid and I, (and or maybe the Sportruck too if I get it done in time) moving to zoo town in the fall 13'.
Could have went to school in Bozone, but I lived there and done that once already,
so zoo town it is. Really, my choice was weighed by all the mtns in the area.
Nothin like that where we live now. Lookin forwards to the move.

I have some light guards for a TJ if anyone is interested. Also, anyone need a 35" spare? I have 4 bald ones
