I'm in Tuscaloosa. However, I don't know anywhere to go. Glad to know someone else close!

I read where Stoney Lonesome got hit pretty hard by the tornados.

Either of you plan on doing anything this weekend?

Stony Lonesome is now open again (opened on 5/28/2011). They do have a facebook page and have talked with the folks there. They're really good people and always looking for ideas on how to improve this county-run operation.

I'm up in Huntsville and it is just over an hour for me (a bit more if I am in the Jeep by itself).

Keep moving forward. But keep an eye on history, for if you don't, you are doomed to repeat it.

Birmingham here. I've been wanting to hit Stony Lonesome for a while, I've heard it's awesome. Choccolocco Mountain is great too, but it's a long drive from T-town.

Count me in if there is ever a ride planned!

If anybody sees a 1999 Wrangler Desert Tan Sahara with a front tube bumper, that's my brother. I'm not sure if he wheels much in college but I know he did in high school.
