BFG Man,
No problem, thanks for checking. I still have to find someone to buy mine anyway. Oh, and which tire store do you work at? I think we might've met already.

Philip,
Good point. Didn't even think about the fair. How does next Thursday, Nov 12th sound to everyone? We'll wait to hear from everyone before setting the actual date.

I was just told of another "pit". It's in Wicksburg if anyone's interested in trying it out. I'm gonna head out there this weekend.

EDIT: Place is gated now.

Any ideas on where? Just start throwing suggestions out there. Any one been to the El Dorado steak house in Headland? I eat there all the time so I'll throw that one in the hat. Or would a simple fast food joint work better?
I'm good for next thursday, but i have a class from 7-8, so I can do early or later, or anytime wed. night?

El Dorado sounds good, or TGIF, Chili's, anything is fine with me

Good suggestions. I'm liking TGIF's. Anyone else?

One thing I just thought of is how much cooler it's gotten and I'm guessing we'll be standing outside looking at and talking about our Jeeps. With that in mind, would anyone prefer to do this on a weekend afternoon? Otherwise it'll probably be Wednesday, the 11th instead of Thursday.

I also know of a place about 45 mins to an hour from here in florida..I was talkin to a guy in PC about it and he said its like 10 bux a person, its about 60 acres and they have everything from mud to rocks. He also said that they have a campsite so if that sounds like something everyone would wanna check out sometime let me know and i can get more info on it.

Its 4 miles south of Wausau (maybe wawsaw..hah the guy had an accent)..It's the first full weekend of every month and so it will be this weekend. The guy i talked to said they don't have a website yet but he said you can find it on youtube *its called the Swamp*. I just searched for it and couldn't find anything. I don't know much more but i know that its between I believe Chipley and PC. I'd love to join ya but i am literally driving around on bald tires right now.

Found the videos. It's called Mobile Swamp Off-Road Park. It's mainly just a mud bog... hence the name.

YouTube - Mud Bog Mobile swamp

YouTube - Hill Climbing

I'll be heading out to the place in Wicksburg Saturday morning if anyone's interested.
