I have two Jeeps I am looking to sell. One is a 85 CJ5 and the other is a 76 CJ7. They are project Jeeps which means if you want them they will have to be picked up on a trailer. They both have 304 V8s, CJ7 has TH400 and CJ5 has three speed with Dana 20 transfer case. The body and frame on each are in great shape. Both Jeeps will run with a fresh battery and fluids. If your interested shoot me a message and I can give you more details about each. I am looking to get $1,000 for each or make an offer.

Help needed. I know this is pretty vague but here goes.
I have been hearing a noise from underneath the Jeep, can't tell wether it front or back, left or right.
My first thought was a bearing going out.
The noise doesn't seem to change pitch with speed change up or down.
It's sounds like a squeak/grind, it is not a steady grind but kind of lopes.
1998 Jeep TJ
I had a funny noise under mine a could never tell where it was coming from until i changed my rear axle seals and also replaced the bearings and noise went away, the bearings didnt have any wear on them so im thinking maybe at one time had a little bit of water on them. I am not sure if that is your case but my first thought was driveshaft out of balance but you would be able to tell that with speed up and down.
No problem, if you need help just let me know we will figure it out or depending on how fast your going when noise starts we could possibly put it on the lift and see if we can get a better idea of where its coming from.
New enhancementsfor the Jeep are coming in this weekend.
2.5" Suspension Lift and a Locker.
Inquiring on who might be up for another Tinker Day, I was looking at
the weekend of Feb. 25th, but open to a later date if needed. Any help from someone who has done or took part in these type of enhancements before would be most helpful.
Seems like there is always something going on where I am unable to attend one of your meetings.
Maybe next month.
