Ctown, I just moved to Naples. We need to hook it up sometime and head out somewhere to do some wheeling. I miss my north Georgia and North Carolina mountains. Anyway, I'd like to find some locals here that are actually into wheeling. Let me know.

In east orlando it's been hit and miss lately.

The old CJ guys always wave and most of the YJ/TJ

But, I have never gotten a wave from a JK

Sure do. Stop in sometime. Were considered the Jeep station since 5 of us drive jeeps. I work the shift when the Electric Lime Green LJ (mine) and the Rescue Green JK are there. Do you live in the townhomes next door? Your specs match a Jeep there.

Richloam is about the only place close I know where you can ride legally since they got strict on OHV at Carter Rd. park. There is a small trail behind Matrin/Lockheed (Drainfield Rd. and Harden Blvd.) but it is tresspassing. There also was a trail behind the Hwy 555 park in Bartow, but I think it has been closed also. Havent been out there in years.

Go north on Hwy 98 to Hwy 471 and turn right and its a little ways up the road. Its about a 30 - 40 min ride from your house. Some guys are talking about going this weekend and next in the Central Florida Trail Runs thread. Myself and others posted some pics, info and a map of the place.

if you have a hit hoodride like me with no bumpers and it looks like i just left the junkyard. so yes theyll wave if you look like a redneck. yours looks wayyyy to sweet for the good ole boys to care. so from now on flip them off and youll atleast get some response.
