Just don't forget you need a reservation pass from Jackson Guard in Niceville before you head out there. Go ahead and pay the extra and get the fishing permit. It lasts a full year from date of purchase. Just getting the recreation pass makes you have to renew every September.

thanks for teh well wishes but I did it for 3 years in OKC where wife was previously stationed and did very well. I just need seat-time here with the doors open for ppl to realize it exists and it takes off OK. But it's really more of a community-based shop than anything remotely profit-centric. Look forward to hosting jeep/4wheeler shop days!

Figured I would join this thread since my Jeep club is trying to expand into the pan handle of Florida. We already have a few members in Pensacola and looking for more areas to do rides and meets, our last cruise was in Perdido Key and Florabama area.

Not a lot of traffic through here, but nice to see theres a club in the area! Been thinking about joining one but time is something I seem to have little of.

You guys might be too Far East but we trying to expand as we are a brand new club only a few months old and our doors are always open. Emerald Coast Jeepers is in Milton by you though.

Emerald Coast boys meet last Thursday of the month at the Bowling center on Avalon rd just outside Milton. I think at 7pm. Haven't had a chance to get there yet but I've heard there are some nice rigs/owners. Pretty sure there is a website too...

Treat every situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it pee on it and walk away.
