I'd love to go, but that day I'm re-gearing and getting a locker up front. I'll definately make it for the first ride after Turkey season.

I haven't forgotten this idea...I'm still interested. I just hate to say yea, then have to bail five days out for some reason. I'll get back on here maybe monday to get excited. I know of someone who's thinking about driving a few hours for this.

For the sake of some organization, I nominate OSYJ93 to pick a spot to meet. But if that rubs you wrong jampop, just say so. I'm fine to go north, or middle, or south end to meet up. There isn't really a great exit on I-75 northbound....probably state road 40 east through the city of Ocala.

I'd also like someone who knows hunting seasons....what's going on for Sat. March 13 as far as Ocala hunters? By 10:30 am, they're mostly gonna be standing around by their trucks. But I'm not a hunter, so I don't know if it's a special day or something.

I'll be camping in Ocala on the 12th anyway so I may be able to make an appearance. Only problem is, I have no reverse gear. But, If you guys never need to back out of anything I'm game

Jake

Hey guys,
Im Brandon.
I ride bikes in Ocala once every few weekends (wiregrass loop and Lake Delancey) but haven't really got out there in the Jeep yet. I want to take her out as its my first 4wd Jeep, but don't want to wheel alone.
You guys up for showing a rookie the ropes a little? Im all about respecting the law of the land, Ive lost lots of riding spots for the bikes due to clowns with no respect...
In a 90 XJ Wagoneer with 3'' and 31's. Should be able to hang. Have rear recovery point in the Hidden Hitch if needed, but thats about it (although if the Jeep trails are anything like the moto trails...I doubt it would be needed lol)

Let me know whats up!

Thanks

Since most of ya are driving up from the south, lets meet on the south side. You guys want to meet up at the Kangaroo in Altoona at SR19 & HWY42?

That is what I was thinking, can top off and head out, some are camping up the road so that would be good for them.
