I just finished my "recovery gear" installing (at least, I think I have everything I need) so I wanted to go out and see if I can't get myself stuck this weekend. Unless I am mistaken, you can tool around on the main road, plus trail 6 and the tomato grade... not too much, but enough to have a little bit of fun on a Saturday. I'll be out there around 10-11AM probably with a lunch packed... figured I would drive around a bit... see if there is any wildlife to be seen, then call it a day. I only have All Terrain tires, so I'd love to have someone else out there to unstick me. that's where you lovely people come in.
Anyway, let me know if you're game and I'll give you my cell phone number so you can text me and we can meet up out there. I'll be the one wearing this:
Black 2009 JKU Rubi
3.5" RC lift w. springs, 2.2 shocks
front adj. track bar, dual steering stabilizers
G-2 pumpkin covers w. lub lockers
35" Nitto Trail Grapplers on 17x9 American Racing
Olympic front bumper, 12k winch, extra lights
Smitty side armor
Smitty rear bumper w. tire carrier and jack
Bully Dog Tuner
Cobra 75WX CB on ch. 4
Volant CAI w. snorkel
I seen this post pop up, and brought back memories here. Used to live in the West Palm area and went to high school down there for a couple of years. Used to know a guy, kind of a hermit that lived in the corbett area. Always wondered about going mudding back there.
Well, at least back in the late 80's and early 90's, you weren't supposed to, however, there were a few homeless, or hermit types that set up residence there, including this guy I knew. With all of the drug trafficking that went on back in those days, I wouldn't live out there.
I led a ride out there with the local club and found the same thing so we went to hungry-land they are Jupiter Jeep Club they are on Facebook what is your name ill add you if you want you wont find it just by typing in the name of the club you need to be added by peoples already in it.
PAVED ROADS: Another fine example of useless government spending
