It's a Jeep, it's not supposed to work right all the time.

Rugged Ridge xhd bumper, the stubby one. So when they first started making them the rubi's disco housing or something got in the way, so they instructed people to make a couple of small cuts on the winch plate to make sure it would fit without obstruction.

I called rugged ridge today, about a year ago they started making all the bumpers with the cut out just in case. However I didn't order mine directly from rugged ridge, so I don't know how old my bumper is. When i get home from work today I'll check and see. If it does need to be cut, there's a guy here at work that has a plasma cutter I might be able to have him hook me up with real quick. That or borrow another guys sawzaw.

There's actually not a tremendous amount of info on this around. My internetiing skills are being challenged.

So what's the plan for Sunday? I got some cheapo Monroes for the rear of my truck to replace that broken one. I had a $25 off of $50 coupon at advanced so I'm replacing both rears for like $28. Figure they should be done in at least pairs ya know.

Anyway, Sunday what's the word? That Pilot is like 2 hours from my place, not to bad. So I'm down for that. I'll be girl and kid free this time too so maybe I'll be able to work my GoPro, get some footage and swear a lot. Still dog friendly too, right? Cause ****head goes everywhere with me.

Dog friendly.... yes. It will be bumpy with some steep hills ascents/descents, so I hope he doesn't mind be tossed around a little!
Also, not sure about the stock setup.... there's a couple spots that ground clearance and wheelbase will be against you. Oh well, we had a tacoma make it through...

if we're talking hardrock caliber ascents and descents I wouldn't bring my dog, but I've got nothing to secure her and she likes to walk around in the back. She'd probably fall out haha

Umm, yeah... hard rock style hills, but also a little more bumpy driving around too!

I'm rockin slightly larger tires then stock, they're almost a full 32. And whatever for the dog, he'll deal, he always does.

No, they are not in ONF so they are not flat, sandy and boring to wheel
