Hey all, haven't posted here in awhile because I've been up in Central Florida the last couple months. Does anyone know if Krome is still open? Heard all sorts of different things about about it. Also, if anyone in Broward County ever wants to ride, feel free to shoot me a PM.

Bottom arrow is where I went in, but I've only ever gone once... that road at the very bottom that runs horizontal (lucille dr?) is where I left from after being pulled out and not wanting to go through all the **** I just got pulled out of lol

From that arrow there are actually pylons that people drive around that runs parallel to the dirtroad (in line with the arrow, if that makes sense).

You don't want to go to the humps this time of year unless your really prepared, with a lot of height good mud tires and a lot of people to back you up, oh and running the risk of hydro locking the motor

As far as the Krome area goes, stay off the levee, no dumping or fires and you'll be fine. It's a fun spot. Let me know if you want a third to role out there with ya!

Last I heard Krome was off limits and people were getting tickets. Too much dumping and stuff and the owner wanted to sell the land. Check the SF Jeep club, they'll probably know more about it if it's true.

Dang, I used to go there and ride all the time but I guess the party animals got it shut down. I've been away at school for the last 6 months so I haven't been in awhile.

Yeah I live 10mins away, only been there twice and I was looking forward to heading out there again hopefully if it gets sold the new owners would be cool about that, but chances are it's being sold to developers.
