I don't know any over by you, but there's a a few good spots up in Ocala, and there's an awesome spot over around Scottsmoor, but thats on the right coast.

check out orlando jeep club... http://www.orlandojeepclub.com/wiki/...itle=Main_Page

like I said before, Ocala NF is a huge place...I'm sure you could find somethin there you like.

I personally like the Scottsmoor place better, though. They have everything from hills to mud flats to tight trails to huge mud bogs. There are trails from there all the way to Osteen.

edit: also, at Scottsmoor, there'll always be someone there to pull you out.

Me too. I went out today west on 50 all the way to Richloam......lots of JEEP Trails. I was alone so there were some trails that I turned around on but it was pretty good. Took me an hour to get there from Orlando but it was worth the drive.

There's a great legal spot in Bradenton near Fort Hamer. I usually go to Withlacoochee Forest, tons and tons of trails up there.

Question Need some advice/help

Hi folks! I'm babysitting my son's 06 Wrangler for him while he's in Michigan. It sits in my carport and I drive it a couple of times a month to keep it from wasting away. Anyway, the rag top is starting to mildew pretty bad and I want to clean it for him before he comes back to drive it up to Michigan.
I went to the Jeep site but all I got was advice to buy MoPar products. I'm certain there are other ways/chemicals/methods to rid the top of mildew spots without driving to a dealership.
It's a Black Jeep with a standard grey/black top. The clear panels are mildewing as well but not too bad. The top is getting bad and I need to clean it before it really gets bad!
I just don't want to screw up his top in an effort to clean it. That Jeep is his "baby" and I want to take good care of it for him! (Before anyone invites me, NO, I don't drive it out of the neighborhood and I've never owned a Jeep. I'm a biker type. )

You can email me any suggestions. I never come to this forum. I joined it on a suggestion from my son to get user advice about cleaning the top. Just trying to be a good Dad & Jeepsitter!

Thanks in advance!

Claude in St Augustine, FL
