What's up sarasota jeepers I'm David I drive a 1998 gc unfortnately it's a 2wd ( I found it after I got it) but Ive taken it a few times to gandy beach never gotten stuck (knock on wood) but I am looking for some people to ride with and was Looking for some people around my area so if you could let me know that would be great thanks in advanced

Hi David! You will find that a lot of Jeepers are fragmented all over the map, but you can make the time an Ocala/Zephyrhills trip is always worth it.

Is there any good trails around the st Pete/ Pinellas area because I'm from around there and I just got my jeep so I'm kinda noob when it comes to this

I know that this is Kinda a stupid question but me having 2wd is this going to effect my ride that much? The car was a gift I just got it and I'm new to the whole jeep scene but it deff looks like alot of fun

It depends on what we are doing and how much skinny pedal you use. Also find out what kind of rear axle you have and if it is open or maybe if there is an lsd in there.

When you say pedal are you talking about a gas pedal? And how would that effect it everything is stock on it so I just wanted to know the first things I should get to make it a good trail rider/ off road vehicle

Well yes gas pedal, and if you have an lsd it will help you wheel a little bit better than with an open diff. It doesnt really matter if your jeep is stock for easy trails, just no deep mud or rocks. If you want to do that without 4wd you should at least get a budget boost (little pucks that lift your vehicle a little) and some mud tires.

Depends on your budget. Since you have 2wd and wont be climbing rocks and plowing through mud, i suggest a nice set of all terrains in the largest size possible.

Do they make any good lifts for around $500? How hard is it to mount a new gas pedal does anyone know the price range for those?

I realy hope its a term, just use the gas pedal more. And you can get a spacer lift for around 200 bucks i think
