Recommendations for good wheeling areas within ~1 hr of Tampa area that are not deep water, or trails guaranteed to scratch half of your paint off?

Id check out rancho in Zephyrhills i dont have the actual address but its right off the main road, Its made up of at least 300 acres which is privately owned but no ones quite sure who owns what plenty of different trails whoops and mud to play around in and can get a little crowded on weekdays I would check it out. Just go ahead and google Rancho Zephyrhills
