Hey, Saw you over on GA Trail Riders too.
That Jeep will be fine at River Rock, and I think you would have a blast. Not everything is big and step. But RR is more of a "trail to an obstacle" park, where Durhamtown is more trails, and dirt roads. You should also try exploring the Forrest Service trails above a Amicalola Falls. Have fun!

well, with that said good luck anywhere you go. i know this doesn't help much but if you learn now that it is likely that you will put some dents and such in your body, then you will be a lot more happy.
just call it character. its not like some body damage looks bad or anything

Hoot20 if you ride with a responsible group of fellow off roaders that can respect the fact that you do not want body damage, they will help you get through the trail clean. You could easily do most of the stuff at River Rock without a scratch
www.gatrailriders.com are the guys you want to be with on your first outing, you will not be disappointed

When is your birthday? I know the Orlando Jeep Club will be there aka Jeepers Den fall crawl from November 26-29 so they may let you tag along.

and yes you can go to RR without having body damage. just chose your trails wisely, and go with some people that know the place. I went this past summer with USJeeps and Pirate and had a blast on the trails. I would advise that you are locked in at least one axle though.

If anyone is interested, River Rock is having a Toy for Tots run on the first weekend of december and the price to camp and ride the trails all weekend is only a $25 donation to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or you can bring a $25 toy to donate.
The gate will open at 8am on Friday Dec 5th and close on Sunday Dec 7th.

I'm thinking about going saturday for the day, if anyone else is interested in going let me know and we'll ride. I have a fairly stock XJ, nothing fancy.
Calivin ya'll come on and go back with us.
