N2ARS and 73 to you and yours.

Been one since 1991, my original call was KE4WLQ but I received my vanity call a while back.

It is a great craft to take up and its importance is paramount to the general public's health and welfare, during an emergency.

I've been before with my friends when I didn't really know what I was looking at. I'll have to see if their prices are competitive with what I'm finding online I guess (I'll assume from the that that's a no).

I passed my Technician exam today! No call sign yet, maybe in about a week I'll be in the database. Now, the hard part...figuring out what to buy for my first rig.

I am ready to start studying for the General exam. One of the kind of airplanes I fly at work has an HF radio in it, that I'll be able to use (for fun) once I have General priviledges. WooHoo!
